Installation

Ausgreen solar offers a 10 year’s installation warranty, if there any Faulty related our solar installation, if is not Related solar installation we Charge for Call out fees and may be charged If you need any service. Ausgreen Solar uses CEC (Clean energy council Accredited) Installer. If there is any damaged roof During installation resulting from the installation. All possible precautions will be taken to avoid damage when the goods are being installed. if the roof tiles /tin are old or Terracotta or brittle this will be the responsibility of the customers to organize Extra roof tile. Is there any Ceramic switch on meter box that needs to be upgraded Ceramic switch to RCD from customer side? alsometer upgrade single phase to three phase or if switch board too old need to be upgrade from level -2 Electrician Ausgreen solar is not Responsible to upgrade meter or Ceramic switch or
meter box, upgrade is not including solar purchase price.

Battery Installation

The battery will be Install wall Mounted or ground mounted. In the ground-mounted installation might be requires a concrete slab. A brick wall should be positioned behind the battery. bollard & smoke alarm must be installed if battery install in the garage also, opposite side of Meter box or Install battery from meter box to rear side of the wall additional extra costs $700 -$5000 will be applied to the installation depends on the circumstance distance.

Deposit & Refund

A 10% deposit is payable on Acceptance offer /Purchase Agreement Signing day. Remaining balance is pay on installation Day (of Panels and Inverter & Racking for solar system or Solar batteries and hardware for storage systems). If you /customer cancel our Acceptance offer/ Purchase Agreement on the Installation Day or date also After 10 business days, Ausgreen Solar will not Refund your deposit.

Payment terms & Method

The balance of payment can be paid by EFT, cash, or credit card. For the MasterCard, Visa card surcharge fees 1.5%. Also, American Express 3% Surcharge Fees. EFT / Bank Transfer:

If you fail to pay outstanding amount on the installation day/ due dates interest may charge of 13% per years calculated daily also you will be liable to pay all debt recovery cost also, due to no payment your solar system may be discounted by Ausgreen Solar. as you agree that Ausgreen solar right to disclose your Information to third party debt Recovery companies when its need.

Small Technology Certificates (STCs)

Pricing for solar systems is Offers/ Quoted after a deduction for STC’s and assumes STC’s are assigned Ausgreen Solar or its agent. STCs are to use by customers at point-of-sale discount to create RECs Rebate (renewable energy certificates) at the price of offend on the sales quotation/agreement. STCs prices are subject to fluctuation also anytime can change without any notice.

Net Meter / Solar Feed in TariMs

Energy Retailer or distribution have different rates, Requirements for Feed in Tari)s. Ausgreen Solar request for Solar meter connection with a meter supplied by your Electricity Distributor or Electricity Company Like Energy Australia, Origin or AGL also other companies for Feed in
Tariffs/net solar metering. Energy (Electricity) Retailer provider the Feed in Tari)s each kw rate but rate is depending on Electricity Company.

Export Limit

With Single phase inverter Export limit 5 kw to Grid (Under Endeavor Essential Energy in NSW).
Payback period: Expected payback period 2-7 Years’ time (Depends on Solar System size & Usages)

Performance of the System

Generation of electricity by the solar system is only an indication. Numerous factors, like weather patterns, Clouds, climate Conditions, shading of the system, Roof directions, your Electricity usage might affect the amount of money you will save.
however, you can Daily on an average produce electricity 3kw3.5kw an hour but Summertime produces more power from solar system if weather is fully Sunny day.
After Battery Install in your house, Performance & uses deepens of the day & nighttime all about your electricity appliance usage ,
Ausgreen Solar does not give you any Warranty or Guaranty of your daily usage

Cooling oM Period

You have a right to cancel Purchase agreement within 10 business days from and including the day after you signed or received this agreement. After Cooling off Period if you cancel Purchase agreement deposit will not Refund.

Warranty

The warranties for the solar panels, inverters and racking are held by the manufactures company Solar panel carry 30 years performance warranty Solar panel Product warranty 25 Years Inverters 10 years inverter warranty. Battery 10 Years Warranty
Note: Warranty documents keep with you if anything will happen then provide your warranty documents. Ausgreen Solar will assist the customers according to the manufacturers / warranty terms to repair or replace if there any faulty.

Prices offered all include GST unless otherwise stated.

Site Inspection / Visit

If we need the site Inspection or site Details, Ausgreen Solar considers the installation should not proceed (for reasons such as unavailable roof access, safety, excessive shading or roof condition), might be need Scissor lift then need to hire for that also whatever Hire company charge need to pay for that from customer side or if it’s Too high Celling roof normal stated height means di)icult to access might be Extra Charge for difficulty job.
However, if is not possible to do solar installation the Price Agreements will be cancelled, and any deposit refunded.

Risk & Ownership of Goods

Risk of loss or damage of the goods onto the customers on delivery, which will occur once the goods have been installed by Ausgreen solar at the customer’s premise. Only upon payment in fully completed any documents by the customers price & others additional amount due by Ausgreen solar. Also, Ausgreen solar claim the RECS or Rebate has been signed by the customers. Pricing for solar systems is O)ers/ Quoted after a deduction for
